As you read the information on our website, you will soon realize that TADs have numerous benefits including expanded job creation opportunities, increased oversight of new development by local governments, and the highest environmental standards.
TADs are an invaluable tool that allows local communities to revitalize blighted neighborhoods and turn them into vibrant, growing areas. As our state and country face uncertain economic times, we are all looking for a cost effective and smart way to invest in our future – TADs provide just that solution.
